PeroCycle Ltd, a pioneer in novel catalyst technology for industrial decarbonisation, and Glass Futures Ltd, the UK’s leading industrial research and technology organisation, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to evaluate a strategic collaboration. The initiative marks a significant step forward in commercialising PeroCycle’s technology by establishing a scaling platform to improve catalyst and reactor performance in real-world operational environments following initial laboratory validation.
The proposed collaboration will leverage Glass Futures’ state-of-the-art pilot and testing facilities in St Helens. Operational workstreams under evaluation include batch manufacturing of PeroCycle’s proprietary catalyst, prototype testing, and full integration of a pilot module unit with active glass, ceramic, or combustion testing systems.

The evaluation period will run over six months, during which both organisations will define technical and operational frameworks to finalise definitive commercial agreements.
